1. Use Apple Cider Vinegar as a Facial Cleanser

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Optionally, you can also add 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel or honey, to soothe and replenish the skin.

All you have to do is mix all the ingredients well together. Apply the mixture with a cotton ball to your face. Quickly cleanse and exfoliate your face with it, then rinse off well with warm water. Apply a face cream.

You can use apple cider vinegar as a facial cleanser 2 – 3 times a week.

2. Make DIY Yogurt Face Mask

Melt the coconut oil on a low heat. Add the Vaseline, mix and remove from the heat. In the end, add the peppermint essential oil, mix well and let it cool down. Store the foot moisturizer in a clean glass container and use every night before going to bed.
